We all know it sometimes. Feeling tired and burnt out, finding it difficult to get up for work, when the idea of communicating with the class (and some students) is a nightmare. This area aims to develop mental hygiene, relaxation and overall mental resilience for us teachers, as well as improving communication with the class.
These courses are usually delivered in English.

Why participate?

Mindfulness courses are designed to help reduce stress and increase mental and emotional resilience.
Studies indicate that adults who attend mindfulness-based programs are less likely to be stressed. If you are experiencing stress and symptoms of burnout syndrome, these courses will generally have a positive and lasting effect on your wellbeing. 

How often are the courses held?

We strive to bring in top instructors with significant experience and high credibility. Due to the limited time availability of such professionals, these programs are usually only held once or twice a year at each location.

What should I expect in the course?

You will usually be seated on comfortable cushions and yoga mats on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothes. Now sit back, relax, listen and enjoy!

How much will it cost me?

Wellbeing programs are run by hired professionals and there is a fee applied to most of these events. Check the event details for more information.
